1. The feed(solvent) goes into MSS (membrane separation skid) at ambient temperature and pressure.
2. After being pressurized by feed pump, heated by heat-exchanger and steam Heater, the feed enters the first membrane to dehydrate. In the course of dehydration, the liquid water is vaporized and solvent temperature drops. Then after re-heated by Inter-heater, the solvent maintains initial temperature and enters the second membrane for continuous dehydration.
3. By a number of repetitive dehydrations and passing through the heat-exchanger, after-cooler and relief valve, pure solvent at ambient temperature and pressure is attained.
